Foret Noire

that looks delicious! Bannister, stop stealing all the good food.

Oh, and the other day I was CRAVING the green tea ice cream that you/bannister made while I was there... I am also craving good cheese! :)

Oh, and Flo, what was the dish I ate when we went to the restaurant in old Annecy? It had little pasta-like squares in it, lots of cheese and cream, very little bacon/pork? I have been trying to remember... maybe you would know?

I think the dish you ate in the old town was "un gratin de crozets". "crozets" is the name of those little pastas : http://www.alpina-savoie.com/en/products/gamme/6_nom.html
