Get a photography glove. They're made of really thin cotton and you can cut off the thumb and fingers so it's more like a little hand-sleeve thing. I think they're supposed to be for retouching photos and not getting any thumbprints or dust on the work...
If you can't easily find them there (any professional photography shop should have them), I know where to get them in NYC!
